Standard Warranty Scope

TYPHON Machinery warrants that every new TYPHON SKOOP Wheel Loader will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, standard industry use.

  • Engine & Hydraulics: Covered for 1 year or 1,000 operating hours (whichever comes first).
  • Structural Components: Boom arms, chassis, and frames are fully protected against structural failure.
  • Attachments: Standard attachments included with your purchase are covered for 6 months.

Warranty Exclusions

To maintain your warranty, the equipment must be operated and maintained according to the official TYPHON User Manual. The following are not covered under this policy:

  • Normal wear and tear parts (e.g., tires, brake pads, filters, belts, and bucket teeth).
  • Damage resulting from abuse, overloading beyond the 1-ton rated capacity, or improper use.
  • Damage caused by using unauthorized third-party attachments or unapproved modifications.
  • Failures caused by improper maintenance, such as failing to perform regular oil changes or ignoring warning alarms.

Claiming Warranty Service

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact our support team immediately. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs, as this may void your warranty. You will need to provide your machine's serial number, engine hours, and proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
